1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Security

Deposits:

• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited to your rc999 account balance following the required number of blockchain network confirmations. rc999 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• rc999 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in withdrawal delays.

• rc999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or account policy violations.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

rc999 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• Bets are final once confirmed. rc999 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases where the Platform has accepted a bet in error due to a technical fault, where the odds were published incorrectly, or where the event to which the bet relates is subsequently voided.

• rc999 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market, game, or event at any time.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event using delayed or manipulated data feeds will be voided at rc999's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rc999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or attempting to deceive rc999 staff or systems in any manner.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one account, whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

rc999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in rc999's operational policies.

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, rc999 may withhold some or all of your account balance pending investigation.
